In the process of writing the benchmarks, I nerdsniped myself into writing a SIMD version of
simplemaxima. So there's that.Also, both
argmaximaandsimplemaximaare now using aBitVectorbased packed peaks format that reduces total number of allocations, for a slight performance benefit.
