This PR standardizes the naming convention across all tools and files in the project to ensure consistency. Changes include:

  • Updated CMake project name to jsonrpc-cpp-lib.
  • Changed Bazel module name to jsonrpc_cpp_lib.
  • Renamed Conan package to jsonrpc-cpp-lib.
  • Modified repository references to match the standardized name.
  • Adjusted example and test files to link with jsonrpc-cpp-lib.

These changes improve clarity and maintain a consistent naming convention across the project.
