I altered the plotting code so it now more gracefully handles unconverged and failed fits. Rather than throwing a huge stack of errors and warnings, it now throws a small number of errors and plots what it can given the current model state. Achieving this required a surprisingly large number of changes across the code base. I also tightened up some of the integrated fit tests. Version bump to 0.9.4
