Improve Newsfeed & bug fixes

On this release, there is some bug with javascript UI and when scanning for the changes.

• Add marking for chapter that has been read on Newsfeed
• Add release time on the feeds (this will be clickable in the future)
• Feeds now will be grouped per week.
• Feeds now will be constructed from JSON from server
• Improve Database driver to support more variety of database type (in the future)
• Fix manga option such as "completed" being deleted after scan
• Fix javascript in the UI for constructing card

New Fresh Version 1.0

This is the new version that I develop after I gain more knowledge and experience developing website application. There should be less bug and more feature that can be added to this new version.

Final Release for Old version, any future feature, bug fix will not be supported anymore. Use v1.0 or above.
