DEP-6729: Creation of DM C2C (#572)

  • Feature: Created the DM C2C page and adjusted the controller so it knows whether it should be a DA or C2C. Currently, will not connect to the BR.

  • Removed the DM DAv3 view and will run it through the generic ashHMRCOnlineCIAPIView.

  • Removed the DM DAv3 view and will run it through the generic ashHMRCOnlineCIAPIView.

  • Removed DM from the CIAPIController.

  • Removed DebtManagementCUIView from the CiapiControllerSpec.

  • Started amending the tests.
