The current version of universal-silabs-flasher has inaccurate version dependency on gpiod. Use gpiod 1.5.4 by directly installing it.
Enable compile time options for TREL and NAT64. Also add the necessary iptable rules to make NAT64 working. NAT64 will be disabled by default.
Make sure separately added build dependency get removed again. Drop unnecessary environment variables.

Make sure the container exits when the otbr-agent crashes. In this case the Supervisor should act upon it. Users can use the Supervisor Watchdog functionality to get the add-on automatically restarted.

Add NAT64 network address translation support to allow Thread devices connect to IPv4 hosts. This is optional and disabled by default.
Also add TREL (Thread Radio Encapsulation Link) support which essentially allows two Border Router to forward Thread packets through the backbone (WiFi/Ethernet) link instead of through the radio network. This can be beneficial especially in larger setups with multiple Border Routers.
Also update OTBR to the latest upstream version and some smaller cleanups.
