Rename shopping-list-card to todo-list-card

Proposed change

Renames shopping-list-card to todo-list-card.

shopping-list will keep working as a card type, and is the same as the todo-list-card, with 1 exception, todo-list-card requires an entity, shopping-list-card will work without an entity set and will use the todo entity that is provided by the shopping list integration, and if that cant be found the first todo entity.
