Allow to convert a view to sections view

Changes

1. Move sections type to the top of the list
2. Add migration process to convert existing view to sections view
3. Add confirmation dialog to explain the migration process
   • A new view will be created
   • The current view will stay untouched
4. Add "imported cards" container at the bottom of the view after migration
   • Cards can be moved into section
   • Cards can be copied, cut or delete
   • You can not put cards in this container, it's only for the migration
   • Cards are only displayed in edit mode
   • The container disappear after the migration
5. Use this container when moving card using the "move" action instead of creating a new section (introduced with Allow to move card from other view to section view #22399)
6. Add undo action when moving individual card
