  • Economizer abstraction is capable of working with any HVAC device, either bang-bang or variable output
  • Economizer abstraction is NOT integrated with the schedule
  • Economizer abstraction is NOT capable of issuing anything other than a bang-bang signal to a HVAC device

Desired Behavior

  • Economizer can issue modulated control signal to variable output HVAC devices
  • Scheduler can configure Economizer on event basis fully, in particular,
    • Enable or disable it altogether
    • Set individual parameters (target temperature, changeover delta, "keep HVAC on", desired HVAC mode)
    • Set maximum power for variable output devices
