WIP: Package hoodie-client for Bower.

This is a work in progress. Please do not merge.

This pull request resolves #142 by:

1. Creating a bower.json file.
2. Registering dependencies in bower.json.

After merging this pull request, this package will need to be registered with Bower.

The following Bower dependencies are not yet registered with Bower, thus blocking the merging of this pull request (recursive dependencies are deduplicated in this list and I have not fully explored the dependency graph):

    • humble-localstorage (Appears to not be registered with Bower even though it has a bower.json file)
