Removes [fast-xml-parser](https://github.com/NaturalIntelligence/fast-xml-parser). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [fast-xml-parser](https://github.com/NaturalIntelligence/fast-xml-parser), [@aws-sdk/client-s3](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/clients/client-s3) and [@aws-sdk/credential-providers](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/packages/credential-providers). These dependencies need to be updated together.
