This commit changes the hotkey look ups to map to the user's keyboard layout. This makes it easier for them when dealing with documentation, because they don't have to manually mentally map the keys.

Slightly changed this approach and added support in 20cef20, should retain the same functionality. Thanks, hopefully this improves support for users with different layouts! |

There would probably need to be follow up work to expose this setting in the web config, but I don't know how to do that yet.
