nastool同步目录支持预填写TMDB #805

我使用nastools有个场景是用rclone挂载网盘，但是网盘找到的资源多是没有名字，只有集数的，而且没法自动订阅，这样每次都要手动填tmdb，并且触发同步。

这个feature增加同步目录设置时预填写TMDB ID，因此对对应目录同步时，会直接使用TMDB ID，这样即便只有集数也能正常同步入库。

经过我自己测试可以正常使用，不过由于修改了sync_config，增加了TMDBID字段，更新这个版本时需要手动将user.db中CONFIG_SYNC_PATHS table新增TMDBID字段，否则无法正常启动。命令如下：

sqlite3 user.db
alter table CONFIG_SYNC_PATHS add column TMDBID TEXT

请酌情考虑合入:)
