Users Permissions

You can set user permissions through accessing “Users” on the top right corner of your Casebox account.

Activity stream

Activity stream gives a chronological overview of all the changes that have been made within a particular folder or on a particular case. It shows which records have been created and/or changed by who and when. Click on the nine dots, and select Activity stream.

Users

Users can modify and personalize their profiles. At the upper right corner, click on the "Account", and then select "Profile". See the first screenshot above.

You will see various fields. Especially important are:

• Primary e-mail address on which you will receive Casebox notifications.
• Language, if your Casebox is available in multiple languages.
• Timezone
• Date format

The other fields are optional. For security reasons, only the administrator(s) can create new users and assign roles.
