Changed --delete-index to quit, added --create-index and add data, omit both and it will just append data to existing index.

Added new parameter option --create-index and wrapped up the default behavior that creates index into If statement.
Changed --delete-index to add quit() at end of function.
Omit both (--create-index --delete-index) and default behavior will just append data to existing index.
