@yegor256 We changed a bit templates for groups of methods search according to this data.
As a result we received:
<var id="groups"><groups><group/><group/><group/><group/><group/></groups></var>which will be use for counting unique groups and in final formula.
Here in resources/org.jpeek/temp/skeleton.xml you can find file prepared for CCM metric calculation. It has 2 components (groups), methods: 1-2-4 and 3-5
