WIP
The upcoming BisCore.01.00.17 has the “MemberPriority” property moved from “ElementGroupsMembers” to the abstract class “ElementRefersToElements”.
The rearranging of classes and properties are causing the tests with harcoded classids to fail.
Also, since the new BisCore.1.0.17 contains a data transform, the ts tests which import a schema referencing the new BisCore without a schemalock in hand, have also started to fail.
This PR contains fixes/modifications for all the above.
