Feature: Allow user to message from another specified server
This is specified in the config along with the invite to the new server. I have noticed that the bot cannot send a message to a user to join the ban appeal server as at that point, the user will not have any mutual servers. In that case, I'm not sure whether we need to have Scenario 3 in
listeners.pyor specify that in the config.
