Create an instance of IBM Cloud Push Notifications Service

• Create an instance of IBM Cloud Push Notifications Service and configure it .

setup the app

1. Add the service credentials in the following code,

   apikey: "your api Key",
   appId: "your appguid",
   apiHost: "imfpush.ng.bluemix.net",
