Initial Setup

First clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/ibm-granite/granite-geospatial-land-surface-temperature

Then run pip install -e . to install all necessary dependencies to run the notebooks

📕 Notebooks

1. Check out the Getting Started Notebook!.
2. For Tweening (Temporal Gap-Filling) check out the Introduction to LST Tweening Notebook! for a tutorial on how to implement Tweening and the Tweening Data Preparation Notebook! for a tutorial on preparing the data for Tweening.
3. For data download and data pre-processing to create your own dataset check out the Download Notebook! and the Preprocessing Notebook!.
