Towards Generic Release

More generic in use cases with cli options. Also add custom release for ASP.NET MVC style workflow outputing typscript to Scripts/TypeSheet.

This release and configuration will watch any html or cshtml in the subdirectories of the binary and generate variables for all IDs and all classes starting with "js".
