從判決文書中辨識法官名字
共從司法院-法學資料檢索系統，爬了26471筆判決書(關鍵字:竊盜)。
其中25000作為訓練資料，剩餘1471筆作為測試資料。
模型採用BERT+biLSTM+CRF，測試資料集的f1_score=0.975。
