Allow tiles to be activated with mouse +fixes

Note that moving tiles and categories is still
best performed with the keyboard.

• Don't minimize/restore on Windows to avoid
  white screen bug.
• Add .eslintrc and fix issues.
• Add support to activate and select tiles with
  the mouse.
