… using IKVM.ByteCode. This deleted quite a few files. SerialVersionUID generation revamped to use IncrementalHash.
…gned integers. But it doesn't. Already fixed up stream, but this solves it here.
Cast to sbyte first.

StubGen has been completely replaced with IKVM.ByteCode.Encoding. All of the writing classes are gone. Rewrote the core logic.
So much faster.
