Sections (content of the page) is built dynamically from dummy data represents as an array.
Navigation is built dynamically as an unordered list.
The section which is being viewed while scrolling through the page is hightlighted with red color and the corresponds anchor item in nav also highlighted.
ON clicking an item from the navigation menu, the link scrolls to the appropriate section.
