This is a refactoring to download the lates (or given build) freenet binary on build time.

Additionally:

use the wrapper to run freenet
allow for an environment variable to set the allowed host (defaults to 127.0.0.1,0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1)
switch to current dockerfile syntax (LABEL maintainer instead of MAINTAINER, exec array & COPY instead of ADD)
