Use @inngest/ai and optional step tooling

• Keeps inngest dependency, but a user no longer needs to explicitly use it
• Utilizes @inngest/ai for AI models, adapters, and typing
• Attempts to use step.ai.infer(), but falls back to regular fetch() calls if none are found
