Adding framework CMake file and example app.

Moved libusb header include from ps3eye.h to ps3eye.cpp. FIxes issue where library user needs to have libusb include folder in path. With this change only the PS3EYEDriver need to know about libusb.

Mute PS3 eye debug messages and move debug macro to ps3eye.cpp to ensure library user doesn't get a conflicting define for 'debug', which is pretty generic.
