Yep, we need the commit author to sign the CLA. Is that something you're able to do?

If @dependabot-bot is unable to do so, you could amend these commits as yourself and push them?

I'm swamped at the moment, and have changed computer since I created this. I think the easiest approach is for me to close it and for you to handle separately. Thanks for being so inclusive with the desire to merge it, though! :octocat:
