* add pmu profiling
* collect power stats from turbostat * move power up in summary
"Intel Turbo Boost = enabled (AMD Frequency Boost)" in the CPU section was resulting in "..., Turbo Off, ..." in the Marketing Summary section.
Expose perf stat interval and perf mux interval as advanced command line options
* add -noconfig option to svr-info. Can be used when collecting profiling data to avoid any overhead from collecting configuration data.
* Add new Device IDs for accelerators.
