spfspot seem to have some troubles with github packages. Please check / fix.
Deploy of 1.4.7 seems to have failed too (https://github.com/rg-engineering/ioBroker.sbfspot/actions/runs/6916027973/job/18815772867) but it looks like you fixed it later / manually.

Please check if the correct version is loaded to npm.
