Add an minCharFilter to set a minimum of characters for start the filter. Is useful when you have many elements to prevent blocking on the first character typing.

@stefanodado please follow the Contributing guidelines also, can you update the Readme and write the method? This seems a reasonable enhancement for certain use cases. |
