Describe the change
I believe it will be apt to change the version of websocket platform test jar to same as 11.0.0 instead of the api version (2.2.0) since it will be part of platform TCK bundle. As of now the websocket component TCK (https://download.eclipse.org/jakartaee/websocket/2.2/jakarta-websocket-tck-2.2.0.zip) has websocket spec & common jars.
