Use sync_db (dawson) :
- Adjust DB schema, add program_ stuff
- Add stamp fields
- Work out bugs/problems

Pull teachers data into moodle-sis tables (maisonneuve) :
- Create ‘teacher_enrolment’ → idnumber, coursegroup_id

Modify MyMoodle teacher block and enrolment forms to use ‘teacher_enrolment’ table (maisonneuve)
- For enrolments, use free form as admin

Integrate optional custom sisdbsource_connect()
- Integrate autotopic / autogroup
