Extend lockable-resources build page

What feature do you want to see added?

Lockable resources build page currently show simple table of all used resources per build.

This page shall contains more information like:

• current queue - shall shown a list of queued requests
• used resources table shall shown more information like:
  • detail time stamp, when the resource has been requested, when has been allocated and freed
  • icon that show current state (requested, allocated, freed)
