+Steps to fix:
+- Go to your conda environment and uninstall the new version of autogen - pip uninstall autogenstudio
+- Navigate to your .autogenstudio folder (should usually be in your home dir) and delete the database.sqlite file (it's already been ruined with adding new tables over the existing ones, so back it up if you had any good data in there and upgraded... and maybe you can salvage it manually, I dunno)
