Readability is a theme for MythTV 0.25 and above that focusses on showing UI elements in a way that is easily readable on a TV when viewed from a distance. 

It is based on the Mythbuntu theme, but also borrows from a number of XBMC theme (Aeon and Confluence) for inspiration.
