Which branch to use?

There are two master branches: "master" and "master.vfire". They differ significantly in the treatment of fire. It is advised to start with master.vfire, though master will be equally good. The two versions require different configuration of the solver, which is read in as the last line of input in reads.f. The examples have adopted such changes.
