Soil file change The following is from the Zelalem. When using the most recent code from the repo, the old soil file (which runs with code dates back to 2016 December) should be modified as Change in soil file format in the new SC: You should change the first row of your soil file: E.g. old soil: -0.033,-1.5,0.2,5.33,400,10,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,1,1,(11,1,10) note:11 is number of soil layers to new soil: -0.033,-1.5,0.2,5.33,400,10,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,1,1,(11,0,1,0)

The number of canopy layers (the last digit in the old soil) is not an input anymore (has been hardwired as a parameter)
