Firmware based on johnnyr-Tonokip-Firmware-ad612ac

communicates well with repsnapper at 115200 baud.
axes move as expected, end stops work.
G28 is untested.
Extruder is stepper based, with MAX6675 thermocouple circuit, and
PID control.
Heated bed uses thermistor and has bang-bang control.

Tonokip RepRap firmware rewrite based off of Hydra-mmm firmware.

TODO:
Inactivity timer failsafe that can be enabled/disabled by using a custom Mcode.
Max Endstop support (easy).
Add support for DC Extruders.
Store internal position using steps(long int) instead of units(float).

Test thermocouple support.
