Improve visual quality:

Significantly increased resolution of solidcols array and related tests. Far fewer wall cracks.

Switched plane texture computations to full floating-point. Resolved all known floor cracks.

Accumulate per-vertex light directions across all 3 vertices of plane triangles to improve floor/ceiling normal map behavior with moving lights.

Restore sector + dynamic light blending.

This may have some minor performance regressions. I will continue to monitor and work on those.
