Mr. Hilton,
I'm working through your ShoppingCart example as part of the Blazor By Example course. I am working through your exercise on my MacBook and Visual Studio Code and the recently recently released .NET 5 SDK.
Please consider this PR to update your project to .NET 5 and the use of sqlite rather than LocalDB. I think it may make for a more lightweight starter sample.
