Description
Implemented Chapter 2 in C# code.
Context
As part of my learning, I decided to contribute to this repo with the C# examples. The java examples were used as inspiration/conversion wherever possible. The redis client used is stackexchange.redis
Changes
Added the chapter 2 project.
Notes
The rescale functionality was not implemented.
