Make vehicle_id uint64
Expose vehicle service data
Return an error when the response contains an error.
Add more fields to the structs based on my observations using the API and return an error when the response contains an error.
Rename Response to be more specific that it relates to MobileEnabled

Remove Vehicles struct since it didn't appear to be adding much value
