EDISON LAB METABOLOMICS

This is the GitHub page for the Edison lab at UGA. A lot of this is still under development. New changes will be added along with comments in the near future. If you are using all or part of the packages included here, please make sure you keep up to date with all the new updates being made to this site. Each directory will be provided with a README.md file that includes a brief description of what the directory includes and how it is organized.

We now have a wiki that documents all the functions in the metabolomics toolbox. Check it out on the wiki page tab or here.
