@jweill-aws - I'm going to merge this one under the assumption that in jupyter/governance#146 you've gotten approval from one of the EC folks in a private channel. This will at least let people distinguish a true from a non-true Jupyter account. I'll add |

As of 2022-12-19, these accounts are not in active use, but are reserved for future use. (@Jupyteris intended as our primary account;@ProjectJupyteris reserved because it is our Twitter username.)
