needed to update jquery-ui to newer version to have working draggabe-->stop

Added some JS so store the positions of the devices (using localStorage) and restore them on reload.
So you can arrange the Devices as you like it an reuse this arrangement the next day or with another webpage.
Tested in Chrome 42 and Firefox 31.5
