Fix Mopidy not playing after suspend on idle #7

Attempting to play after being suspended results in no output. Avoiding being suspended in the first place seems to make things work.

And fix not using my overlay version of Mopidy as well as an issue using that appears to be from the newer GStreamer version. Perhaps that was just out-of-sync due to the overlay not being used for Mopidy.
