Fixes to migrate to pygrocy2 with support for pydantic v2

  • pygrocy2 has updates because there were some minor issues with the optional components in the new pydantic that weren't fully fixed (pull request will be submitted soon)
  • pygrocy2 had some breaking changes that have been integrated into this system
