This repository contains code and data related to work on SHI grant.

Long Term Trials:

• Data were retrieved from Google Drive and prepped for analysis using the 'data_*' scripts in the code/ directory --> load .RData files to explore data, do analysis, and make graphics

NCSS Database:

• Data were processed in 'dat_NCSS_database_clean.R' file
